The Hive is a cook’s collective aimed at keeping passionate cooking professionals in the foodservice industry while keeping our restaurant partners productive and efficient.
The Hive offers several paths to productivity for both our cooks and partners. We have cooks who pursue other passions like athletic careers, music and teaching while supplementing their incomes with temporary or seasonal work from The Hive. We have consultants, certified chefs, line and prep cooks, utility personnel and even full teams available for our restaurant partners to run the most efficient, profitable kitchens possible, either temporarily or permanently staffed by The Hive.
